1. Have a solid "WHY"
In the event that you don't think of a decent method for spending your mornings, they will naturally be designated for staying in bed. Making progress with this propensity is hard, and to persevere through the trouble, you will require a valid justification for it. You should be really clear about what you want to get out of the extra morning time.
2. Plan your morning
The more explicit you are with your morning routine, the simpler it will be to execute it. I'm discussing the tiny things. Where do you put your alarm? Do you get dressed prior to going to the washroom? Do you shave first or clean your teeth first? Do you take shower in the first part of the day or in the evening?
3. Put your morning clock far from your bed
Expecting that it is correct near your bed, you will close it down or hit snooze. Never hit snooze. If it is quite far from your bed, you have to get up to close it down. By then, you're up. As of now you basically need to keep alert.
4. Don't make drastic changes
You should start slowly, by waking just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. You should get used to this for a few days, then cut back another 15 minutes. You should do this gradually until you get to your goal time.
5. Make waking up early a reward
It might seem at first that you are forcing yourself to do something hard but if you make it pleasurable then soon you will look forward to waking up early. You should find something that is pleasurable to you and allow yourself to do it as part of your morning routine.
